A Typical Session

Attention Copilot sessions are entirely adapted to each client. Your coach will customize yours specifically for you, based on your goals and concerns. But here's the general structure:

  1. You and your coach get on Zoom.
  2. Your coach walks you through an interactive exercise to help you get calm, clear, and focused.
  3. You bring up a task, or decision, or idea that's important to you.
  4. Your coach not only helps you figure out the smoothest path to success, but actually sits with you while you work, and helps you dissolve any tension, distraction, or stress that arises in real time.
  5. As you work, your coach guides you through short, structured working blocks—and, whenever you start getting distracted or stressed, your coach will help you get clear, focused, and in flow again. The result? You get the most important thing done, every time.
